Today’s guest is Scott Howe. I wanted to get Scott on here today because he has taught me so much of what I know about Airbnbs, and the real power Airbnbs have to create your side hustle income!

Scott, with his wife and other business partners, owns 22 Airbnbs and he has been able to do all of this while building a business and working for a real estate agency.

His real love and main hustle is commercial real estate. He recently co-founded Howe Louisville, a commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Louisville, KY, and is the Principal broker for the company. The firm focuses on all types of commercial property for small businesses and private investors, and has already closed on over $5 million in transactions in the first four months, with $20 million projected by the end of year 1.

On top of real estate, Scott, along with his wife Mo, own Reverly Boutique and Gallery, which is a top rated art gallery and store in Louisville.
