Todd and his companies have purchased, renovated and sold well over 200 properties, ranging from single family homes, duplexes, multi-family properties, mobile homes, and raw land. His focus is on value-add multifamily acquisition and syndication, with over $15 million of real estate in 5 states. To date, Todd has raised over $10 million in private equity.
Todd also hosts the podcast Pillars of Wealth Creation, where he interviews successful business leaders.
