Lennon Lee is the managing principal at BLD Capital Group. Alongside his operating partners and investors he has been involved in different capacities in the acquisition of almost 2000 units valued at more than $150M in Texas and Florida.
A full-time investor based in Miami, FL, Lennon is also the founder of The Multifamily Investing Club, a knowledge-sharing and networking community, focusing on providing an educational and relationship building platform for local multifamily real estate investors.
Lennon is a Co-Host on the first ever US real estate investing podcast in Spanish, where the goal is to teach the Hispanic investors how to make money investing in the US. He has a formal education as a Telecommunications Engineer and a Masters in Engineering Management. Lennon was born and raised in Venezuela and moved to the US in 2010.
