Really, I wanted to use this episode to signify the transition into the next level for Monumental! From this point forward, we are really going to 10X the podcast, our reach, our guests, our number of episodes and having more episodes with just Evan – we’ll call them Evan Episodes
We will now be posting 3 episodes per week to bring even more value your way! At least one episode per week will be our interview style and at least one per week will be an Evan Episode and will be me solo talking about what I’m learning or my take on things. These Evan Episodes will be taking you on my journey of multifamily investing, personal growth, and certain tricks I’ve learned that could help you! We will do book reviews, follow alongs where you see into what my day is like, and so much more! I’m really excited for these episodes! We also are already working on more in-person interviews, and starting to do LIVE interviews with guests and a LIVE audience on site, as well as doing meetups and Monumental masterminds and events! On top of all that, we’re totally rebranding and upleveling the podcast cover art, marketing materials and the website! Your mind is going to be BLOWN! Okay maybe not, I don’t know, but you will love it hah!
And now today we’re 50 episodes in and we’re JUST GETTING STARTED! Really that is the mindset we should have in everything we’re doing in life! You are just getting started in your life, your journey, your impact, your multifamily investing, your mindset growth! You are just getting started!
I wanted to share what I have learned from creating the podcast and growing Monumental!
– Everyone should be creating a Thought Leadership Platform – podcast, youtube, blog, writing, social media whatever!
– Monumental and the podcast has opened so many doors with our guests, and allowed me to become friends with them and even business partners!
– The podcast has lead to speaking engagements and invites to events all over
– Having the podcast helps tremendously with first impressions with city leaders, bankers or anyone I work with in my multifamily business.
– Sliding into DMs is real, you just have to have the confidence to ask!
– People at the top level aren’t as hard to reach as you think!
– You can do pretty much anything you want to do if you are confident, consistent and set clear goals
Everyone needs to have their own platform to help you get your voice out to the world, brand yourself as an expert and helping others, and it will open so many doors when you give others the opportunity to bring them on as a guest on YOUR platform. We have only been at Monumental for a year, imagine where we will be if we keep at this for 10 years!! That could be you too! Start something today if you have not! Seriously it is a goldmine of opportunity and podcasting costs next to nothing to get started!
