  • (assistant or scheduler)
  • (Link to video showing us your personality, or link to another prior media appearance or speaking engagement. If you’ve already been approved by an HV staffer, type “N/A” here. This lets us see your personality!)
  • Max. file size: 512 MB.
(For podcast episode artwork: please provide a high-resolution headshot with shoulders in the frame; preferably 1080x1080 px or bigger)
(We recommend Blue Snowball, Blue Yeti Nano, Audio Technica AT2020, and similar models. Headset and headphone mics are not USB microphones.)
  • The more prepared we are, the better we will sound. We need 3-5 golden nuggets, ahead of time, in your zone of genius. So…
What 3-5 things do you want to specifically teach and how can our audience implement those teachings once the show is over?

These should be concrete examples that people can implement in their own lives or businesses. Please provide clear details -- the more information, the better.

Is there a “checklist” or “top tips” you have? Example: “I have 4 tools I use to get in touch with ANYONE…” We’ll tee this up for you with a question.

All the above helps us develop questions that will allow you to shine.
  • (Any projects you’re working on? Publish dates for books or articles coming out?)
  • (You can say something like, “Ask me about the time…”)
  • (What’s the one action you’d recommend our audience start doing immediately? (ex: “Before you do anything else, type up a one-page business plan with your 3-year goals and how you plan to achieve them.”)
Note: Please note that we do want to promote what you’re working on and how listeners can get in touch with you. Toward the end of the conversation, we will give you a chance to tell people where they can find out more about you. Also, Monumental doesn’t use every single show we record. If the interview doesn’t go well, we’re not obligated to publish it.

Interviewee Release: I hereby confirm that, if selected, I have or will participate in a recorded audio and/or video Monumental interview and voluntarily agree that Monumental may use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the comments I make during the interview as well as my name, image, video recording, voice recording, or other likenesses in any medium and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) education, illustration, promotion, advertising, and trade.

I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation of any character shall become payable to me and that the only consideration I shall receive in exchange for participating in the interview is publicity for the statements I make, as well as the opportunity to contribute to and support the objectives of Monumental.

I hereby release and discharge Monumental and its assigns and licensees and all further sublicensees and transferees from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, causes of action or damages arising out of the above-mentioned use of my name, image, voice record, or other likeness and out of the publication of any material from the interview.
